Maharera initiative on integrating the approved plans with planning/ competent authorities. Maharera has issued directions on 17th July 2023 in continuation of its order no. 45 dated 15-05-2023 to initiate the integration of approved plans/ commencement certificate with maharera website in terms of GR dated 23-02-2023 of Government of Maharashtra directing competent/planning authorities to integrate the commencement certificate with maharera web site in time bound manner. The Government Resolution was issued in the context of fradulent commencement certificate being reported for Kalyan Dombivali Corporation.
