Respected Sir, At the outset we are thankful to the State Government of Maharashtra and the Commissionerof State GST Maharashtra for making available an opportunity to end legacy disputes under the erstwhile laws, mainly under the MVAT Act and the CST Act. The last dates for payment of requisite amount and filing application for amnesty are 31st October, 2023 and 14th November, 2023, respectively.
